                Yangzhou deyou cable recruitment position: 

                The electronic commerce

                1. E-commerce professional or engaged in e-commerce operation for more than 1 year, having experience in store operation and network is preferred;

                2. Familiar with the situation and operation rules of e-commerce market, with keen market insight and relevant product knowledge;

                3. Independently complete the creative work of product advertising;

                4. Photoshop and other image processing software is preferred;

                5. Excel in data processing, proficient in statistical analysis and presentation tools;

                6. Have a commodity operation experience and are familiar with consumers;

                7. Have excellent logical analysis ability, promotion planning ability and communication and expression skills;

                8. I have strong learning ability. I have been proactive in my work and have good teamwork spirit.

                 The production management

                1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;

                2. Have rich experience in workshop management, understand the principles and characteristics of each process of the workshop, and master the skills and habits of all employees;

                3. Skilled use of computer office software, will be able to look at pictures, understand machines, and master network application;

                4. Have strong organization and coordination ability, communication ability and field management ability, with strong planning and coordination ability;

                5. Be familiar with manufacturing process, production procedures and quality standards. 

                Quality inspection personnel

                1. Responsible for the inspection of the co-parts; Records of statements; Feedback of quality problems;

                2. Responsible for the inspection of finished products; Records of statements; Feedback of quality problems;

                3. Responsible for inspection of finished products of finished products; Records of statements; Feedback on quality issues. 

                Technical personnel

                1. Management of daily work of technical department;

                2. Guide and audit the related technologies and processes of the production site;

                3. Guided and reviewed the packaging, technology, signing and acceptance of newly opened project products;

                4.To guide the engineers and technicians in writing the relevant work instruction;

                5. Responsible for the introduction, training and initial assessment of new employees in the technical department, and the training of technical talents;

                6. Responsible for the management, audit and input of internal technical data and verification of the output;

                7. Other matters assigned by company leaders. 

                The personnel management

                1. College degree or above, major in human resource management and secretarial science;

                2. Worked as a human resource specialist for more than three years in a manufacturing company;

                3. Familiar with relevant national policies and laws and regulations, and have recruitment experience preferred;

                4. Proficient in common office software, good writing ability and independent writing of various administrative documents;

                5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, high efficiency, initiative, responsibility and ability to resist pressure;

                6. Can withstand high pressure; Good team spirit; Good faith, good work ethic.

                 Financial personnel

                1. College degree or above in finance, accounting, etc.;

                2. Have the professional title of accountant qualification certificate or above;

                3.Familiar with kingdee/using software or other ERP software, familiar with Microsoft Word/Powerpoint, EXCEL in EXCEL software.

                4. Have good professional ethics and strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to respond to emergencies.

                1. Mainly engaged in workshop production, inspection, mechanical related work;

                2. Hardworking, steadfast and stable working spirit.
