1. E-commerce professional or engaged in e-commerce operation for more than 1 year, having experience in store operation and network is preferred;

The production management
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;
2. Have rich experience in workshop management, understand the principles and characteristics of each process of the workshop, and master the skills and habits of all employees;
3. Skilled use of computer office software, will be able to look at pictures, understand machines, and master network application;
4. Have strong organization and coordination ability, communication ability and field management ability, with strong planning and coordination ability;
5. Be familiar with manufacturing process, production procedures and quality standards.

The personnel management
